Sonja Wieck. Sonja is an endurance athlete who featured in "Worlds
Toughest Race - Fiji" where she leads Team Iron Cowboy. You can

She's completed over 18 Ironman events and even came 2nd in the
World Championships in Kona. She is also a coach and in our
conversation, Sonja gives some incredible insights into how we can
take care of our mental health. This was an amazing conversation
